The home of fertility support

Fertility support that starts with your nervous system

For women trying to conceive, when the journey starts affecting how safe your body feels. Gentle, science-informed tools to help your body shift out of stress and into a state that supports rest, recovery, and connection.

When trying to conceive takes more than you expected

The tracking.
The waiting.
The appointments.

And the quiet moments in between – where it’s always there.

What often starts as something physical can slowly begin to affect how you feel in your body. More alert. More tense. Less at ease.

Medical care focuses on outcomes. But the experience in between can feel just as heavy – and is often unsupported.

Not the waiting.

The science behind nervous system support

When you're trying to conceive, the emotional weight doesn't stay in your head. The body keeps score — quite literally. Ongoing stress activates your nervous system's alarm response, which, over time, can affect your hormones, sleep, digestion, and how your body feels from the inside out.

This isn't about blame. It's biology. And it works both ways: the same nervous system that responds to stress can also respond to safety. Small, consistent practices – breathing, stillness, guided meditation – signal to the body that it's okay to soften. That it's safe to rest.

Research supports this. Studies show that mind-body practices reduce stress hormones, support hormonal regulation, and meaningfully improve how women feel during a fertility journey. Harvard researchers found that the psychological toll of trying to conceive is comparable to that of a cancer diagnosis – which means the support offered should be comparable too.

Florish exists to close that gap.

Meet Vivienne

Vivienne founded Florish after three years in her own fertility journey.

While medical care focused on outcomes, she found herself searching for something else — support for what was happening in her body in between. She discovered that her nervous system had shifted into a chronic state of fight-or-flight, and how much that influenced everything else.

Florish is what she couldn't find at the time: a place where nervous system support, emotional wellbeing, and fertility come together.

Now, she's building something bigger, a future clinic where women can access every form of support under one roof: The home of fertility support.
